1:1 Individualized Care
Through 1-on-1 individualized care, we can work on getting to the root of your health concerns, and establishing a treatment plan that is in line with your goals to get you feeling like your best self! My Naturopathic services include dietary and lifestyle support, herbal and supplemental approaches, acupuncture and in depth testing, customized to your specific needs.

Community Acupuncture
Wanting to access my services but unsure if you’re ready to jump straight into 1:1 care? Our shared community acupuncture experience allows you to connect with other people on their own health journey, at a flexible rate. Current patients and new Drop-In patients welcome!
Postpartum Home Visits
Leaving the house for medical appointments can be difficult with a newborn, but it is such a critical time for additional support! In these 1 1/2 hour home visits, you can have direct support from a Naturopathic Doula for personalized nutrition, herbal, and supplementation approaches as well as acupuncture and relaxation therapies to help with your postpartum healing – all from your own home!
Available for patients in the Newmarket/GTA area only. Contact to book these appointments (not bookable online).

Initial Visit (1hr): $200
Follow Up Visit: $50 per 15min
Postpartum Home Visit (1.5hr): $250 (plus $10 per 10km distance from 45 Eagle Street, Newmarket, Ontario)
Community Acupuncture: Pay What You Can ($15 minimum)
Pay what you can options available for patients unable to afford the above pricing.
